HOW DO I LOG IN?

Go to planningcenteronline.com or use the mobile app. If you have never logged in before, you can use your email and create a new password. We have transferred all profiles from our old system to Planning Center so if you can’t log in, contact info@churchofsouthlandchino.com.

IS THERE A PLANNING CENTER MOBILE APP?

Planning Center has a mobile app called Church Center. To install Church Center on your phone scan this QR code.
You can also search the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for Church Center. After installing the Church Center app, search for Church of Southland Chino. The easiest way is to search by name and address: 5171 Edison Ave, Chino, CA 91710.

HOW DO I REVIEW AND MAKE CHANGES TO MY PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD INFO?

This is easiest in the Church Center mobile app.
  1. Log in and click on the icon at the upper right of the main app page.
  2. Check your info in "My profile & settings" including "Contact & profile information" and "Household".
  3. Add a picture to your profile under Contact & profile information.
  4. If you are having trouble figuring out how to update your profile in the Church Connect app, here’s a video that can help you.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY RECURRING GIVING FROM SUBSPLASH TO PLANNING CENTER?

If you have automated giving for tithes and offerings set up:
  1. Cancel automated giving in SubSplash.
    1. Log in to your SubSplash account by clicking on this link
    2. Go to the Accounts\Scheduled Gifts page. 
    3. Click on any of the scheduled gifts you have listed and scroll to the bottom and hit “Cancel”.
  2. Setup automated giving in the Church Center App.
    1. Open the Church Center app. 
    2. Click “Give” and enter in the amount you’d like to give. 
    3. Click “Next”. 
    4. Set up your payment method, select whether you want to cover processing fees, and the frequency. 
    5. Click “Give Now”.

Note: If you are using AMEX it may get declined. Stripe is our new payment processor and AMEX’s fraud detection is flagging this as potential fraud. You can call AMEX to let them know it’s a legitimate charge. We are not seeing any issues with VISA or MC.

WHY CAN'T I SEE ALL MY GIVING HISTORY IN CHURCH CENTER GIVING?

7 years of giving history has now been imported into Church Center Giving. If you are missing a transaction or have other questions about giving history, please reach out to a Church Center admin.

HOW DO I CHECK IN MY CHILD FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL?

This is the same as it was before. Enter your phone number in one of the iPads in the Education Building where you check in your child and follow the instructions to check-in your child and print your security label.
