MEET OUR PASTOR

Pastor Amos Lee

Hi! My name is Amos Lee, and I am thrilled to be serving as the college pastor at Church of Southland Chino. I received my undergraduate degree in Religion from Pepperdine University and my M.Div from Talbot School of Theology. When I look back on my faith journey, I see just how formative my college years were in my own spiritual development as a follower of Christ. I consider it a great privilege to walk alongside collegians as they navigate questions of faith, life, and purpose. My hope for our ministry is to be a spiritual family to college students that empowers them to live as Spirit-filled disciples of Jesus who advance God’s Kingdom. My wife, Priscilla, and I (and our daughter Eden) are excited to join God in what he is doing in Chino. If you are a college student looking for a church community, you belong here! Come check us out, and don’t hesitate to reach out!

MEET OUR COORDINATORS

Anna Pellegrini

Hi, my name is Anna, and I am looking forward to serving as one of the Directors for the Church of Southland Chino College Ministry. I grew up in Monterey Bay but came to Southern California for college. I have been a high school teacher for over 20 years. I also had the privilege to get my Master’s in Bible Exposition from Talbot. From my own experience in college and being involved in a campus college ministry for many years, I have learned the importance of community and accountability in college. This opportunity to serve college in a church setting is a great blessing.

Michael Kim

Hello! My name is Michael and I am excited to be serving as one of the coordinators for the Church of Southland Chino College Ministry. I graduated from Pepperdine University in April 2022 and my four years in college were truly crucial to my walk with God, as He showered me with His love and grace. Throughout the past few years, I have had the privilege to serve in KCM (Kristos Campus Missions) and Tapestry LA’s College Ministry (my previous church). These experiences have allowed me to witness God’s heart for collegians, as it is such a precious time where they are still moldable, yet are also able to think independently. I believe God’s desire for our college ministry is to foster a community in which students are able to experience God’s love and to grow as disciples of Jesus. Whether you are already a believer or are simply looking for a community, please come out to our events or reach out to me or Anna!
